When you interact with Ignite Research LLC via SMS, we collect the mobile number you provide, the content of your messages, opt-in and opt-out events, and standard delivery metadata (timestamps, carrier status).
We use this information to: respond to your inquiry, service your request, honor opt-outs, maintain consent records, and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Every SMS interaction is logged with a timestamped consent record. Opt-in consent is captured at the point of collection (website forms with explicit consent checkboxes). Opt-out events are honored immediately and permanently.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. We share data only with service providers who process messages on our behalf under contract.
SMS consent and opt-out records are retained as required to demonstrate compliance with TCPA and carrier requirements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@igniteresearchllc.com. Opt-out requests via STOP are processed immediately regardless of other rights requests.
